Anticuado Oaxaqueño

Still taking down your holiday decorations? That's okay - we are, too. Luckily, this striking take on an Old Fashioned makes even mundane January chores all the easier. Thanks to PBP fan and home mixologist extraordinaire Steve Cutchen for the recipe!

ANTICUADO OAXAQUEÑO

1 oz. tequila (rec: El Tesoro Tequila Reposado)
1 oz. mezcal (rec: Del Maguey Mezcal Vida)
.5 oz Curaçao
1 dash (a scant .25 oz.) PBP Pitch Dark Cacao Bitters

Add all ingredients to an iced mixing glass. Stir 40 rounds, and strain into an Old Fashioned glass with fresh ice.
