Hibiscus Fizz

This simple champagne cocktail will help you entertain with style and ease this New Year's Eve. The secret is Wild Hibiscus flowers in syrup! Cheers!

HIBISCUS FIZZ

.5 oz. El Silencio mezcal
1.5 tsp. Wild Hibiscus syrup
1 hibiscus flower
10 drops PBP Super Spice Bitters
4 oz. champagne

Stir mezcal, hibiscus syrup, and bitters over ice. Strain into your prettiest glass, and top with champagne. Garnish with a hibiscus flower.
