My Bloody Valhalla

1/2 cup shredded beet
2 oz. Aquavit
1 oz. freshly strangled orange juice
10 drops PBP Rose Bitters

Muddle shredded beet with Aquavit in shaker (use coated muddler to avoid staining). Set aside for 5 minutes. Dispose of the bloody beet corpse.

Strain into large shaker, and add orange juice, maple syrup, rose bitters, and ice. Shake to death. Double strain.
