Clay's Oaxacan Spiced Rum

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Bacardi Anejo Rum

  • 1 oz Pitch Dark Cacao Bitters

  • 1 small cinnamon stick

  • 2 cloves

  • 1 dried Ancho chili (stem and seeds removed)

  • 1 dried Guajillo chili (seeds and stem removed)

  • 5 whole coriander seeds

  • 1 small piece star anise

Method:

Combine all in a mason jar, shake well and allow to infuse at room temperature for 24 hours. Strain mixture and use to make your favorite rum drinks dynamite!
