Clay's Oaxacan Spiced Rum
Ingredients:
4 cups Bacardi Anejo Rum
1 small cinnamon stick
2 cloves
1 dried Ancho chili (stem and seeds removed)
1 dried Guajillo chili (seeds and stem removed)
5 whole coriander seeds
1 small piece star anise
Method:
Combine all in a mason jar, shake well and allow to infuse at room temperature for 24 hours. Strain mixture and use to make your favorite rum drinks dynamite!
